Dear valued clients - we encountered an unexpected issue when running the upgrade to E-Verify V31. As a result we will need to run the upgrade tonight in the overnight hours. That means the E-Verify integration will not be available today on the AERO platform. You can still process requests by going directly to the E-Verify website. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work through getting this upgrade completed.

Dear Valued Clients:
We’ve identified a group of Clients that are on the AERO platform and use E-Verify. The E-Verify integration configured in AERO is in need of the v31 E-Verify upgrade. Your upgrade is scheduled to start on May 18th, going through the morning of May 19th. During your upgrade window, while the AERO application will be available, the E-Verify integration through AERO will not. Refer to the knowledgebase article below for instructions on how to perform verifications on that day. Upon successful validation of the upgrade, you will receive notification via the ticket sent to your main contact regarding the availability of the E-Verify integration through AERO.
Please see our knowledgebase article titled "E-Verify v31 Client Upgrade Plan and Expectations" for all the details pertaining to pre-upgrade, day of, and post-upgrade expectations.
You should have received a ticket to communicate this upgrade. Please comment on this ticket if you have any questions or concerns about the upgrade. Additionally, if you no longer use the E-Verify integration and should be taken off of our v31 upgrade list, please also let us know.
