We have been informed that Microsoft is having an issue that may impact out customer base. Some customers may be experiencing issues with Microsoft 365 email services. We are actively monitoring the situation and assessing any impact to Avionte’s email systems.

Thank you for your patience. There are further repairs being done on the Adobe Sign status issue as seen on their Status Page, but we have been able to successfully execute documents at this point. We will continue to monitor their progress on the permanent fix.

Greenshades is currently experiencing a system outage affecting all clients. Impacted Services: - E-file creation is unavailable in the Tax Filing Center - File uploads to the year-end forms website are unavailable - Year End Forms website may not be operational
